A typical headhunter charges 3 months salary of the applicant.  With the C level clients we work with that ranges from $100,000 to $300,000+ cost to your company.  We offer H.O.U.S.E.S. to approved HR companies at a set monthly cost, allowing you to access H.O.U.S.E.S. at moments notice without any added costs.  Monthly costs are based on your current C level members.
