C.O.N.D.O.S. uses all public information on the sales, development cycle and investors profiles attached to a specific development project.  With that data C.O.N.D.O.S. is able to predict when it will sell out, and how likely it is to sustain at the current HOA costs.


Built due to our own experiences in buying into a condominium project only to find out that the HOA fees were based on full occupancy, and since the building sat at 60% occupancy for 3 years, there was a massive hike in HOA costs.  With C.O.N.D.O.S. we would have been able to see that projection before we bought it.
